Python Developer (Agentic AI)

About the role

We are looking for a Python Engineer to build agentic AI products end‑to‑end for a fast‑growing, VC‑backed technology group. You will design the agent architecture, connect the tool layer, and own the infrastructure that keeps the system running, working closely with a small senior team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic AI architectures.
• Develop and integrate the tool layer that powers agents.
• Own and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Terraform).
• Collaborate across the full stack, from backend Python services to React front‑end components.
• Contribute to rapid integration of newly acquired businesses.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience building agentic AI solutions at a high‑performance scale‑up.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with incomplete information.
• Typically 4–7 years of engineering experience (mid‑to‑senior level).
• FinTech background is a plus.
