Senior Product Manager - Paper.io 2

About the role

Voodoo is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimisation of F2P systems for Paper.io 2, one of its live games. You will own the full product lifecycle, from specification through launch and post‑launch iteration, driving player engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement free‑to‑play mechanics, progression, monetisation, live events and in‑game economies.
• Own specifications, timelines and outcomes, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics and player data to refine features after launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists and analysts for seamless roll‑outs and resolve technical challenges.
• Prioritise development under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor moves and market innovations to keep the product ahead.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Designer or Live‑Ops/Product Manager on successful live games.
• Strong understanding of free‑to‑play mobile game mechanics and IAP monetisation.
• Ability to write clear specifications and align cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of delivering competitive systems such as leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes or character collections.
• Experience with casual, hybrid‑casual, io or mass‑market games.
• High standards and a drive to push the product forward.
