Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

2coms is looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through to completion. The successful candidate ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. The position is based in Msida, Malta.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Provide strong leadership and technical direction throughout each project.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience managing construction projects.
• Good understanding of construction regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Valid driving licence and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, project planning and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary of 2,426.20 to 3,119.40 euros (2.70 to 3.47 lakh INR), depending on experience, qualifications and expertise.
