About the role
Swissquote, Switzerland's leading digital bank, is recruiting a Payment and Settlement Officer for a junior-level position. The role covers processing payments and settlements, reconciling accounts and supporting business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments in line with proper instructions received from clients and/or their authorised signatories
- Process trade settlements in line with proper instructions received from clients and/or their authorised signatories
- Reconcile company bank accounts, client cash accounts and securities accounts
- Communicate with clients and third parties
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Head of Business Operations and SQFSM management
- Provide ad hoc support to the company's related parties
Required profile
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory; other languages are an asset
- Previous experience in payment processing is an asset
What we offer
- Flexible working hours, with the possibility of starting as early as 7:30 a.m. and finishing at 2:30 p.m.
