Part-Time ACCA Lecturer

About the role

PwC, as an ACCA Platinum Approved Learning Partner, offers tuition and support in accounting and is seeking a part-time ACCA Lecturer. The role covers a flexible schedule across Business, Accounting, Finance, Audit & Assurance and Taxation, and sits within the Internal Firm Services line of business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging ACCA exam preparation courses, including classes and revision sessions aligned with the latest ACCA syllabus.
• Craft lesson plans, course materials and mock exams tailored to students' needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship, especially on complex topics.
• Monitor student progress through assessments and feedback.
• Collaborate with other subject-matter experts to deliver an integrated learning experience.
• Contribute to training materials and resources, and stay up to date with ACCA syllabus changes, accounting standards and industry best practice.

Required profile

• Qualification in Business, Finance or Accounting, or an ACCA qualification.
• Experience teaching or lecturing ACCA or related accountancy courses is an asset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for students at various levels.
• Familiarity with face-to-face and virtual teaching methods.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
