Academy Coordinator – Training & Development

About the role

Passionate about learning, development and financial services? Join a professional training academy within Malta’s financial services environment to coordinate training initiatives, support curriculum development and drive professional development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, events and learning activities from planning to delivery.
• Support curriculum development, ensuring content remains relevant to regulatory and industry developments.
• Coordinate with lecturers, trainers, internal teams and external providers.
• Support coaching and self‑development programmes, including higher education initiatives.
• Conduct research and contribute to training content and best‑practice initiatives.
• Maintain digital learning resources and training systems.
• Monitor training budgets, feedback and programme effectiveness.
• Act as a key contact for training‑related queries and registrations.

Required profile

• MQF Level 6+ qualification or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3+ years' relevant experience in training, L&D, education, coordination or a related field (7+ years may be considered without the qualification).
• Strong organisational, research, analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial services, regulation or supervision is an asset.
