Junior Recruitment Consultant

About the role

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant at AIMS International Malta, you will support the delivery of high‑quality recruitment services, building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses grow by matching them with the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with client organisations.
• Understand client culture, hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Manage recruitment projects from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and present well‑informed recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Stay updated on labour market trends and industry developments.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Represent the firm at networking events and outreach activities.

Required profile

• Value‑driven, conscientious individual with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Maltese language skills are an asset.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a client‑focused role, preferably within recruitment.
