IT Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality Background – Full Training

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals with a hospitality background who want to transition into a dynamic career in IT recruitment. You will receive full training and mentorship to become a recruitment expert, leveraging your client‑facing experience to build lasting relationships with both candidates and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage IT talent through various sourcing channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM.

Required profile

• Proven customer service expertise with a talent for connecting with people.
• Sales or persuasion abilities are a plus.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• EU passport or citizenship.
• No prior recruitment experience required – full training provided.

Required skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate offers.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple client pipelines.
