IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will lead the technology infrastructure of a hotel, ensuring that IT strategies support overall business objectives. This role blends high‑level strategic planning with hands‑on management of systems, cybersecurity, software deployment, and daily operations to drive productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and support Windows Server, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage security solutions such as endpoint security, endpoint encryption, firewalls, IDS/IPS.
• Maintain monitoring tools and respond proactively to alerts and alarms.
• Provide on‑call remote support for emergency incidents.

Required profile

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate – Windows Server 2016 or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with hands‑on work on switching, routing, Wi‑Fi, and server systems.
• Strong analytical problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Good command of English and willingness to travel for onsite installations.
