Machine Learning Tech Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Tech Lead to drive the development of Betsson’s machine‑learning framework and platform. In this pivotal position you will design, build and maintain scalable ML solutions, mentor a growing team and act as the subject‑matter expert across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the ML framework, guardrails and platform for both batch and real‑time solutions.
• Lead MLOps initiatives, including model deployment, monitoring and online feature stores.
• Oversee the full ML lifecycle from data collection and preprocessing to production deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
• Stay updated on AI/ML trends and drive the adoption of new technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, set deliverables and review key technical solutions.
• Mentor and grow team members, fostering expertise in ML and MLOps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI or related field (Master’s/PhD a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing ML solutions and platforms.
• Proven track record managing complex Data/AI/ML projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
