Head of Spa – Strategic Leader for Multi‑Site Operations

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Spa to provide strategic leadership across a multi‑site spa portfolio for a leading hospitality group in Malta. The role combines commercial oversight with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and lead all spa operations across multiple locations.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing, promotions and new service development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting and cost control for each spa.
• Monitor KPIs, guest feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, packages and seasonal offers.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify and introduce new wellness concepts, treatments and industry innovations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in spa management, including at least 2 years in a senior or multi‑site leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and profitability in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, budgeting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent leadership, people management and team development skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
