About the role

As an International Guest Service Agent aboard MSC Cruises, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and personalized. You will help create unforgettable memories while upholding the brand’s elegance and prestige.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries, coordinate services, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with onboard teams to ensure smooth communication and flawless service delivery.
• Gather and act on guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within the cruise industry or a luxury hotel.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least two additional European languages.
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Professional grooming, adaptability to life at sea, and resilience for long hours.

Required skills

• Familiarity with guest service software.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
