About the role

Join FDJ UNITED as an English‑speaking Customer Service Agent supporting the customers of nine global gambling brands. You will interact with players via live chat, email and phone, helping them navigate the website or mobile app and ensuring a safe, enjoyable gambling experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide English‑language support across live chat (70%), email and telephone, handling a high volume of contacts.
• Guide players through the website or mobile app, assisting with product usage and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments and CRM teams to maintain a responsible gambling environment.
• Share feedback from customers to improve services and contribute to team projects.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Responsible, reliable team player with experience in complex problem solving.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.

Required skills

• Basic internet concepts.
• Use of translation tools.
