Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Satāya is representing a prominent five‑star hotel in Malta in a confidential search for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role will own the property’s digital acquisition strategy across rooms, food & beverage, wellness and retail, driving direct bookings and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital acquisition and revenue strategy across all property outlets, collaborating with Revenue Management and Sales to meet commercial targets.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising, PPC, OTA content, SEO (including AEO and GEO) and email marketing, monitoring performance and conversion rates.
• Oversee agency and vendor relationships, conduct RFP processes and ensure alignment with commercial objectives.
• Utilise AI tools and stay ahead of digital trends to implement data‑led solutions and close commercial gaps.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing management, preferably within hospitality, luxury consumer or lifestyle brands.
• Track record of driving direct revenue through digital channels and managing PPC, paid social, OTA listings, SEO and email marketing.
• Experience managing external agencies and holding partners to performance targets.
• EU citizenship or right to work in the EU for immediate start.
