Customer Specialist – Transition to Recruitment with Full Training

About the role

We are looking for motivated customer‑service professionals to become Recruitment Consultants in our Finance and Legal practice. You will receive a structured onboarding programme, group training, and one‑on‑one mentorship to fast‑track your transition into recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the step‑by‑step recruitment onboarding curriculum.
• Participate in regular group training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with industry best practices.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters who provide real‑time coaching and feedback.
• Apply learned techniques from day one to source and engage candidates and support client relationships.
• Drive your own performance and progress towards seniority within two years.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of professional experience in client‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Account Management or Client Support.
• Proactive mindset with a proven record of achieving results.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and transition into a recruitment career.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
