Customer Service Agent - Lithuanian Speaking

About the role

Join Betsson Group’s award‑winning customer service team in Malta as a Lithuanian‑speaking Customer Service Agent. You will support both Lithuanian and English‑speaking players via email, chat and telephone, helping to deliver the best possible gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Lithuanian and English customers through multiple channels (email, chat, phone).
• Collaborate with teammates to meet customer satisfaction targets and other KPIs.
• Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into Lithuanian.
• Manage player accounts while adhering to safety, protection and responsible gaming policies.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Background in customer service (face‑to‑face, online or phone).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
