CRM Campaign Manager – iGaming (German Speaking)

About the role

You will increase customer retention and engagement for our Games product through multi‑channel communication and ad‑hoc promotions. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will design and launch campaigns that keep users active and satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Build campaigns and user journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
• Plan and execute promotions, including setup across various gaming supplier back‑offices.
• Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad‑hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
• Manage and optimise automated customer‑lifecycle communications across all channels, aligned with website content.
• Create targeted, personalised bonus campaigns for relevant user segments.

Required profile

• 1+ years experience in the iGaming or regulated digital industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and high attention to detail.
• Creative thinking to generate innovative digital campaign ideas.
• Excellent organisational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English; German knowledge is a plus.
