Commercial Analyst

About the role

Patrianna, a B2B leader in the Social Gaming industry, is looking for a Commercial Analyst to drive performance across its gaming brands. You will shape best practices, standardise procedures and foster knowledge sharing within the commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise the performance of multiple gaming brands, identifying growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to monitor KPIs and support data‑driven decisions.
• Develop and implement best‑practice procedures for the commercial team, promoting collaboration and shared learning.
• Partner with marketing, product and operations to align brand strategies with company objectives.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing strategies that improve brand performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Leadership experience managing teams or leading cross‑functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of gaming trends, consumer behaviour and market dynamics.

Required skills

• SQL
• Tableau, Looker or Power BI
• Python (preferred)
