Account Manager

About the role

As an Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of iGaming clients, support their needs and drive long‑term partnerships. You will act as the main liaison, ensure smooth integrations and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build lasting relationships.
• Support client onboarding, guide integrations and product launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and share promotions from providers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and provide regular KPI updates.
• Monitor iGaming market trends, advise clients on opportunities and resolve issues quickly.
• Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development or Customer Success within iGaming.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and willing to travel for client meetings.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• CRM tools (experience with any CRM/project tool is a plus)
