Chief Operating Officer

About the role

As Chief Operating Officer you will lead day‑to‑day business operations and shape how technology powers the player journey. This senior leadership role sits on the executive team, reporting to the CEO and working across marketing, product, tech, finance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into operational plans, set KPIs and ensure scalable processes.
• Design the end‑to‑end player journey architecture, linking onboarding, personalization, payments, support and responsible gambling.
• Oversee customer service, payments, KYC and risk to deliver a smooth, fair and safe player experience.
• Lead compliance and market expansion efforts, aligning operations with licence requirements in new regulated markets.
• Define AI and automation strategy, building roadmaps for workflow automation, AI agents and predictive models.
• Manage technology stack, vendor relationships, budgets and cost control.
• Build and lead a high‑performing operations, automation and analytics team.

Required profile

• 5+ years senior leadership in a fast‑moving consumer digital business, preferably iGaming.
• Proven track record scaling operations such as Customer Service, Payments or Risk.
• Experience designing automated, personalized customer or player journeys end‑to‑end.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineers.
• Experience owning technology and vendor relationships, managing budgets and KPIs.
• Comfort operating across marketing, product, tech, operations and compliance.
