About the role

We are seeking a Cafe Manager and an Assistant Cafe Manager for Charles & Ron Café, part of db Group, to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our vibrant outlet in Naxxar. The role involves maintaining high standards in service, guest experience and team performance while supporting the brand’s growth in Malta’s hospitality scene.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications.
