Administration Officer – Court Management Services

About the role

The Administration Officer – Court Management Services supports the Court Management Services Unit in handling legal duties on behalf of the bank. The role involves processing court‑related orders, managing records, and liaising with internal and external parties.

Key responsibilities

• Enter Garnishee Orders and Counter‑Warrants into the bank’s systems, maintain accurate records and coordinate with branches and third parties.
• Respond to information requests concerning accounts and assets of deceased customers, extract data, draft reply letters and ensure timely recording.
• Record revocations of Power of Attorney documents, prepare necessary paperwork and manage related documentation.
• Assist with archival retrieval, printing of statements and preparation of documents required for court summons.
• Perform additional tasks assigned to the unit or department as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Maltese with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Committed to self‑development and comfortable in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
