Accounting & Tax Services Senior Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Accounting & Tax Services Senior Executive to join our Malta office. You will manage accounting duties for a portfolio of clients under the supervision of the Team Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger, post invoices and prepare reconciliations.
• Compile management accounts, prepare annual financial statements and assist auditors.
• Prepare VAT returns, tax returns, tax refund claim forms and CBM returns.
• Process monthly payroll and related reconciliations.

Required profile

• At least ACCA part‑qualified or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of client accounting experience.
• Accurate work under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
