Account Manager - Trading Clients

About the role

RaiseMyFunds is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a trading background to support its clients on a daily basis. The role combines client relationship management, training and hosting webinars in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts in the trading sector
• Provide personalised follow-up to build loyalty and strengthen client relationships
• Train clients on the use of trading tools and platforms
• Design and host webinars such as product presentations, training sessions and market updates
• Answer clients' technical and commercial questions
• Work with sales, support and compliance teams to ensure optimal client support
• Stay up to date on financial markets to enrich client conversations

Required profile

• Proven experience in trading, finance or financial markets (Forex, CFD, equities, etc.)
• Experience in account management or a similar role
• Fluent English is essential; French is a plus
• Autonomous, rigorous and well organised, with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different client profiles

Required skills

• Comfortable speaking publicly and able to train and simplify technical concepts
• Comfortable using webinar tools such as Zoom, Teams or similar
