Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will design realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks that help AI agents learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed project scenarios that reflect authentic industry contexts, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks—market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, etc.—for AI agents to solve.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure the fidelity of the learning environments.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy& (PwC).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
