Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Central Systems team. You will shape internal platforms and tools, from ad‑serving infrastructure to SaaS‑style applications, delivering high‑impact projects that support teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑stack development lifecycle, from planning and design to delivery and optimisation.
• Architect scalable solutions together with Tech Leads, improving performance, reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior developers, share knowledge and review code.
• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring and DevOps practices to keep systems running smoothly.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling web applications, preferably SaaS or internal platforms.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design and performance optimisation.
• Enjoys mentoring and supporting less‑experienced developers.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear actions.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team and adapting to changing priorities.
