Customer Service & Fraud Executive (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service & Fraud Executive to join our Malta office. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as the front‑line ambassador for the GGPoker brand, assisting players via email, phone and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications through email, live chat and phone.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Customer Support & Fraud knowledge base.
• Apply operational and regulatory procedures such as KYC, GDPR and account security.
• Review deposits and withdrawals for fraud risk, conduct due‑diligence checks and raise internal STRs when needed.
• Collaborate with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and travel to the Netherlands for compliance training.

Required profile

• Fluent/native Dutch language skills (speaking, reading, writing) and strong English communication.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within the online gaming sector.
• Knowledge of customer support best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
