Scrum Master – Agile Coach for Transformation

About the role

EY Parthenon is looking for experienced Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to join its Transformation team. You will guide clients through agile transformation journeys, helping them adopt new methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and estimate work for scrum teams to deliver valuable outcomes.
• Co‑develop product roadmaps with partners and customers, driving features from concept to launch.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (DevOps, Architects, other Scrum Masters) and improve communication and transparency.
• Act as Scrum Master or Agile Coach for client teams in single projects or large digital transformation programs.
• Coach EY and client teams on Agile ways of working and Scrum practices.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and create transformation roadmaps based on frameworks such as SAFe, Spotify, LeSS.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – daily scrum, sprint planning, demo and retrospectives.
• Identify impediments, escalate issues, and report delivery status using agreed metrics.
• Support Product Owner/Manager in backlog refinement and management.

Required profile

• Passion for designing and implementing strategic transformation initiatives.
• Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Agile‑at‑Scale certification.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in an Agile‑at‑Scale environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and scaling frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums).
