Gen AI Creative Team Lead

We are seeking a Creative Team Lead who can elevate our creative output, manage a high‑performing team, and combine human craft with AI‑driven workflows to deliver fast, scalable, on‑brand communications and visuals across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI‑enabled creative designers and Gen AI content specialists.
• Define visual and written standards, workflows, quality bars and delivery expectations.
• Guide ideation, concept development, execution and delivery of campaign concepts and key visuals.
• Drive the use of AI tools for rapid concepting, asset creation and visual exploration, including prompt framework development.
• Oversee creation of scalable templates in Figma, Storyteq and maintain shared component libraries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creative design, visual storytelling and concept development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, campaigns and multi‑market execution.
• Experience leading and developing a design or creative team.
• Ability to interpret briefs, challenge assumptions and define strong creative direction.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma skills – components, auto‑layout, templates and scalable systems.
• Hands‑on experience with modern AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Weavy, Krea and Runway.
• Ability to build production‑ready templates for multi‑market and multichannel needs.
