Wellbeing Coach

About the role

As a Wellbeing Coach aboard MSC Cruises, you will guide guests through holistic wellness experiences that combine yoga, meditation, breathwork and other mindful practices. Your presence will create a calm, welcoming environment where travelers can relax, restore and reconnect while enjoying life at sea.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily wellness sessions such as sunrise yoga, meditation workshops and breathwork classes.
• Design and tailor holistic programs for diverse guest groups.
• Introduce guests to new techniques that promote emotional clarity, physical vitality and mental peace.
• Manage multiple wellness projects and coordinate with other onboard departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role on a cruise ship or high‑end hospitality setting.
• Minimum 200‑hour internationally recognized Yoga Instructor Certification.
• Qualifications in at least one of: Meditation, Pilates, Sound Therapy, or Breathwork.
• Strong portfolio of delivering holistic programs to varied audiences.
• Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
