Warehouse Operative – Materials and Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Materials and Logistics Department. The role supports aviation operations by ensuring that all tools, parts and documentation are accurately received, stored and delivered to the hangars.

Key responsibilities

• Perform incoming quality checks on materials, tools and related documents.
• Handle, stock‑take, kit, pack and prepare materials and tools for delivery.
• Deliver aircraft‑related material from the warehouse to hangars.
• Collect and process serviceable returns.
• Carry out Intrastat declarations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collect cargo from local depots and process cargo documentation.

Required profile

• MQF Level 3 certification.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern of three days on, three days off.
• Ability to operate in a fully computerised environment.
• Valid driving licence, preferably category C or C1.
• Good command of English and Maltese, both spoken and written.
