Warehouse & Distribution Administrator

About the role

An experienced and organised Warehouse & Distribution Administrator is needed to oversee daily warehouse, inventory and distribution activities, ensuring efficient operations, accurate stock management and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storage, picking, kitting, loading and distribution processes while coordinating staff, drivers and loaders.
• Plan driver routes, liaise with the Sales Department and monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, transfers, returns and expiry dates.
• Conduct stock takes, optimise warehouse space, coordinate equipment maintenance and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure orders are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time, and maintain records through SIMS.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Clean police conduct record.
