Talent Resourcer

About the role

As a Talent Resourcer at Hireroo you will help identify, engage and build relationships with high‑quality candidates for positions across Malta, Europe and other international markets. You will learn sourcing techniques, use modern tools and support recruiters in delivering excellent results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact candidates via phone, email, messaging and in‑person meetings.
• Source and approach talent on LinkedIn, databases and other platforms.
• Review CVs, assess suitability and build strong talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates and prepare presentations for hiring managers.
• Research companies, industries and talent pools to inform sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and leverage AI‑driven automation tools.
• Support recruiters in achieving client hiring goals.
• Develop creative methods to reach and attract the right people.

Required profile

• Ambitious and eager to grow a career in recruitment.
• Hard‑working, commercially minded and results‑oriented.
• Confident communicator comfortable across multiple channels.
• Genuine, organized and professional in all interactions.
• Resourceful – able to adapt approaches when needed.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales or research is a plus.
