Student Services & Events Internship in Malta

About the role

This student services internship in Malta is based at an international language school and offers the chance to help create memorable experiences for students from around the world. You will organise social activities, excursions and events and support students throughout their stay, combining event coordination, communication and customer service in a multicultural setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organising and preparing social activities and excursions
• Communicate with international students about events and schedules
• Support and guide excursions and group activities
• Lead or assist with weekly orientation walks for new students
• Provide information about local areas and services
• Manage attendance lists and bookings
• Provide general administrative support within the department

Required profile

• Outgoing, social and enjoys working with people
• Comfortable in a multicultural and international environment
• Responsible, takes initiative and is interested in events, education, tourism or hospitality
• Confident speaking in front of small groups
• Flexible and enjoys a varied role
• Minimum English level B2 (Upper Intermediate); willing to complete an online English placement test before acceptance
• Available for an on-site internship in Malta and able to arrange your own accommodation
