Sportsbook Operations Administrator

About the role

Pinnacle is seeking a Sportsbook Operations Administrator to join its Operations team. The role focuses on managing betting events, ensuring accurate market results, and supporting the sportsbook’s automated workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Set up manual betting events, create mappings for automated event creation, and monitor event start times.
• Result events, clone and replicate markets, and handle additional market requests.
• Support the customer support team with market‑related queries and resolve or escalate internal requests.
• Monitor automated alerts, cancel pending wagers when necessary, and review unresulted markets for quality assurance.
• Maintain mappings of external data sources (e.g., league and team names) and stay updated on esports news.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Statistics or a related field is a plus.
• Good knowledge of sports and esports, familiarity with sportsbook markets.
• Previous experience in a sportsbook, betting or gaming environment is advantageous.
• Availability to work afternoon and night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
