Spa Manager – Luxury Wellness Operations

About the role

Hard Rock Hotel Malta seeks an experienced Spa Manager to lead its luxury spa operation, ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall spa operations, maintaining five‑star service standards and guest experience.
• Manage, motivate and develop a sizeable team of therapists and spa professionals.
• Oversee treatment capacity, scheduling, workforce planning and drive revenue from treatments, retail, memberships and packages.
• Control budgets, payroll, departmental expenses and monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction and team productivity.
• Maintain hygiene, health, safety and compliance standards, and handle guest feedback and service recovery.

Required profile

• Proven management experience within a large luxury spa, preferably in a five‑star hotel or resort.
• Strong commercial awareness with hands‑on experience managing budgets, revenue targets, payroll and KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a substantial spa team.
• Excellent understanding of luxury service standards and high‑end guest expectations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
