Slots Attendant – Live Gaming Studio

About the role

The Slots Attendant is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of a live slot studio, ensuring that all gaming machines run smoothly and that customers receive excellent service. Working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment, the role combines customer support with basic technical maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support and high‑quality customer service to studio visitors.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to resolve equipment and operational issues.
• Monitor machine status via the back‑office system and generate regular reports.
• Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance of all slot machines.
• Log and report incidents, malfunctions, and jackpot resets, and reinstall machines when floor plans change.
• Maintain accurate paperwork, certifications, and inventory records for parts and upgrades.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑service mindset and ability to handle incidents professionally.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Basic technical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Experience with gaming equipment or slot machines is a plus.
