Ship Paramedic

About the role

As a Ship Paramedic you will protect the health and well‑being of guests and crew aboard MSC Cruises vessels. Working under the Lead Nurse, you will respond to medical emergencies, triage patients, and deliver immediate, compassionate care in a dynamic maritime environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide on‑site treatment.
• Conduct triage assessments and prioritize care for passengers and crew.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Nurse and the broader medical team to ensure seamless healthcare delivery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established protocols.
• Support routine health services and promote a safe onboard environment.

Required profile

• Qualified Paramedic with current professional registration.
• Post‑registration clinical experience and an up‑to‑date professional development portfolio.
• Proven ability to manage emergency situations calmly and precisely.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong teamwork skills and experience working in fast‑paced, multidisciplinary settings.
• Passion for travel and adaptability to life at sea.
