SEO Performance Manager

About the role

Paradise Media is looking for an SEO Performance Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑authority iGaming and sports sites. Based in our Balluta Bay office in Malta, you will work closely with the Head of SEO and the CEO, turning data‑driven ideas into live results.

Key responsibilities

• Own SEO performance for assigned sites, from strategy through execution and iteration.
• Design and run AI‑driven SEO workflows using internal tooling.
• Lead keyword research, site architecture, internal linking and on‑page optimisation at scale.
• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawling, indexing, template and architecture problems.
• Prioritise new page or section launches based on impact potential.
• Collaborate with developers and content specialists to implement tests, measure outcomes and optimise.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and raise overall execution quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in iGaming, affiliate or other competitive search markets.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO, content planning, keyword research, search intent, CVR and CTR optimisation.
• Ability to work from the Saint Julian's office on a hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs.
• Proficiency with Screaming Frog.
• Experience or willingness to learn Claude code.
• Experience or willingness to learn vibe coding.
• Familiarity with WordPress (optional but useful).
