Senior Social Media & Digital Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Senior Social Media & Digital Executive to lead the day‑to‑day social and digital activities for Calamatta Cuschieri Moneybase. You will be responsible for creating and publishing content, managing short‑form video, community engagement, website updates, email campaigns, and both paid and organic digital initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the creative strategy for Moneybase social channels in partnership with marketing leadership.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Google, managing budgets, targeting and creative rotation.
• Drive app installs and activations through paid app campaigns, manage attribution via an MMP, and optimise App Store and Google Play listings.
• Build, schedule and analyse email and investor communication campaigns.
• Schedule and publish organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Handle daily community engagement, responding to comments and routing specialist queries.
• Maintain WordPress sites, publish updates and apply basic SEO best practices.
• Track and report performance across paid, email, push, social and web, focusing on installs, sign‑ups and conversions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in digital advertising and social media, preferably in fintech or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to set up, optimise and scale paid campaigns to meet acquisition and engagement goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on performance metrics.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with content strategists, designers and product teams.
