Senior Network & Security Specialist

About the role

FIMBank is looking for an experienced senior professional to join its Networking & IT Security team. The role is responsible for global IP connectivity and the security of the Group’s infrastructure, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, design and provision enterprise security and networking solutions following risk‑based, least‑privilege and zero‑trust principles.
• Provide hands‑on expertise for the design, development, administration, documentation and support of network devices and security infrastructure.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex network and security incidents.
• Maintain and improve IP, cloud, wired and wireless networks, performance monitoring, and authentication platforms.
• Stay aligned with AML/CFT policies and continuously pursue operational excellence.

Required profile

• 5–9 years of senior‑level experience in demanding, preferably regulated, IT environments.
• Engineering or IT‑related degree (or equivalent).
• Relevant vendor certifications in networking and security technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and ownership mindset.
• Excellent team player, willing to support the Group outside standard office hours.
• Fluent verbal and written English.
