Senior Marketing Executive – F&B & Wellness

About the role

Hard Rock Hotel Malta seeks a commercially driven Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for its restaurants, bars, Body Rock® Fitness Centre and Rock Spa®. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will translate operational priorities into campaigns that drive reservations, memberships and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencer, CRM/email, paid advertising and events for F&B and wellness offerings.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar, spa and fitness teams to develop targeted promotions, seasonal offers and membership drives.
• Manage partnerships with brands, associations and embassies to generate business across the property.
• Monitor performance metrics, conversion rates and ROI, providing clear reporting.
• Oversee website content, social media, photography and video production to showcase experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of commercial marketing experience in restaurant/F&B, spa, fitness or wellness sectors.
• Proven track record of campaigns delivering measurable bookings, reservations or revenue.
• Strong understanding of how to drive footfall and conversions through marketing.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Digital marketing, paid advertising and CRM/email campaign management.
• Social media and content marketing for consumer‑facing lifestyle brands.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe or similar creative tools.
• Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
