Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage IT professionals through phone‑based outreach.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue through successful placements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and client companies.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years experience in sales, B2B, customer success, hospitality or other client‑facing roles.
• EU passport holder seeking a long‑term career in Malta.
• Motivated by targets, KPIs and owning results.
• Confident communicator comfortable with phone conversations.
