About the role
SALV Properties is looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its Projects Team. The role involves planning, cost management and delivery support across multiple construction projects in Malta.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Develop and manage billing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Measure and value construction work, including materials, labour and equipment.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess and verify quantities of work completed.
- Produce post‑project reports analysing performance and identifying improvements.
Required profile
- Based in Malta with a valid, clean driving licence.
- Excellent command of Maltese and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing for construction projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Experience using project management software.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying software and tools.
