Product Manager - Investments

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for our Investments portfolio. You will work in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment, guiding the design, delivery and continuous improvement of investment products for both novice and experienced traders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap aligned with company KPIs and customer needs.
• Prioritise, design and ship features that boost activation, funding rates, order conversion, engagement and assets under management.
• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to investment regulations such as MiFID II.
• Work with brokers, custodians, market data providers and execution venues to optimise trade execution quality, pricing and settlement reliability.
• Partner with Engineering, Design and Data teams to translate customer problems into measurable product improvements.
• Define success metrics and instrumentation for every feature and own the overall customer experience for investment offerings.
• Communicate roadmap, trade‑offs and progress clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product vision and roadmap for financial or investment products.
• Strong background in agile product development and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Solid understanding of investment services regulations (e.g., MiFID II, suitability rules).
• Ability to work with external partners such as brokers, custodians and market data providers.
• Excellent communication skills to convey product strategy and progress to diverse stakeholders.
