Product Manager – Cards

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for our Cards portfolio within a fast‑moving fintech environment. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional team to design, deliver and continuously improve card‑related products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end product vision and roadmap aligned with company KPIs and customer needs.
• Prioritise, design and ship features that boost activation, usage, engagement and retention across the card journey.
• Partner with Risk, Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to Visa/Mastercard rules, PCI‑DSS, PSD2 and other regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design and Data teams to translate customer problems into measurable product improvements.
• Manage relationships with third‑party partners such as card issuers, processors and card schemes.
• Own the customer experience for card servicing, including freezing/unfreezing, replacement, PIN management and in‑app controls.
• Communicate roadmap, trade‑offs and progress to stakeholders and leadership, reporting on delivery status and product KPIs.
• Monitor the competitive landscape of challenger banks, neobanks and card issuers to keep the proposition differentiated.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning product vision and roadmap for financial or card‑related products.
• Strong understanding of card scheme rules, PCI‑DSS, PSD2 and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in agile development teams and collaborating with engineering, design and data functions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard scheme requirements.
• Familiarity with PCI‑DSS and PSD2 compliance.
• Experience with agile product development processes.
