Print Production Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Print Production Executive who can turn ideas into finished printed products. The role involves operating a range of printing equipment, selecting appropriate techniques and materials, and ensuring high‑quality output for branded merchandise, signage and event materials.

Key responsibilities

• Operate printing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up, manage and oversee print jobs from start to finish.
• Select the optimal printing technique, material and finish for each project.
• Conduct quality checks and perform finishing work.
• Produce branded merchandise, signage, event materials and custom products.
• Troubleshoot basic production and printing issues.
• Liaise with colleagues and clients on printing options and technical requirements.
• Maintain an organised production area and ensure timely job completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in printing or print production.
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques, materials and finishing methods.
• Experience with digital, large‑format or merchandise printing is an advantage.
• Confidence in recommending suitable print solutions for different jobs.
• Excellent eye for detail and quality.
• Practical, organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients.
