Partnership Manager – Nordics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Manager to lead our growth across the Nordic iGaming market. Reporting to the Head of Organic Sales, you will be based in St Julian’s and will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with publishers and operators in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with Nordic publishers and operators.
• Drive traffic, conversions and revenue by collaborating with product, SEO, commercial and content teams.
• Analyse performance data to optimise campaigns and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Represent Raketech at industry events, conferences and networking meetings.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and monitor market trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Nordic iGaming market (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark).
• Fluent in at least one Nordic language.
• Strong network of publishers, operators or commercial partners in the region.
• Demonstrated success in affiliate marketing, partnership management or business development within iGaming.
