Nautilus Club Host (Seasonal)

About the role

The Nautilus Club Host will join Explora Journeys' Entertainment team to create memorable experiences for children and teenagers onboard. This seasonal position focuses on welcoming guests, leading engaging activities, and acting as a positive role model throughout the cruise.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve as a brand ambassador for Explora Journeys.
• Design, host, and facilitate innovative activities and events for young explorers.
• Collaborate with the Experience and Nautilus Club Lead to develop new programmes.
• Promote all entertainment offerings, rituals, and events to guests.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA regulations and child‑protection policies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills, especially with parents and guardians.
• Experience in luxury or premium hospitality, cruise lines, or entertainment services.
• Fluent English (oral and written) plus two additional European languages (e.g., Italian, Portuguese, German, Spanish, French).
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Ability to handle crises diplomatically and maintain a safe environment for children.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Windows operating systems.
