Medical Representative – Hospital Medical Devices

About the role

The client seeks a dynamic Medical Representative to promote high‑end medical equipment and devices to healthcare professionals in hospitals and clinics across Malta and Gozo. You will be the face of reputable multinational manufacturers, contributing to patient care and the growth of the medical‑devices division.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell high‑end medical equipment and devices to doctors, nurses, technicians and other professionals in both public and private hospitals and clinics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with health authorities and end‑users.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations and on‑site training for installed equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and new medical technologies.
• Achieve sales targets, prepare action plans, forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in medical equipment and device sales, preferably within local hospitals and clinics.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
